How come it looks as if my account has been delete. I cant talk to an expert because of it. They are still getting paid. What do I ?

First off, let's ensure you are logged in to the correct account and correct website to see all your data. Here's the link: https://c17.qbo.intuit.com/qbo17/login?webredir

 

If you're having trouble logging in, click the I forgot my user ID or Password link to recover your credentials. It will take you to the Get help signing in to QuickBooks window. 

 

Then, follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Key in your phone number or email address in the field box, then click Continue.
  2. Select an option to reset your login information: Get a code emailed to or Recover my account a different way.
  3. Hit the Continue button. If you used your email address to verify the account, you’ll receive an email with your user ID.

 

For password reset, you can follow the same procedure above. After performing the steps, you'll receive an email with a password reset link. 

 

However, if you’re experiencing a different issue, check out the Get help if you can't sign in to your account guide. I suggest following the steps that fit your situation as the troubleshooting is scenario-based.
