Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I suggest to reach out your bookkeeping services to canceled your subscription with them.

Though, you can cancel it through your Billing and Subscription page. Let me show you how:
- Click the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- Select Cancel for QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. Confirm your cancellation in the pop up window.

Once canceled, the cancellations are effective at the end of your billing month.
