How come when I print my checks my routing and account number aren't on it?

Allow me to share some information about your bank info on checks concern, @zach122.

The option to print bank information on a check isn't an option in QuickBooks Online. This is the reason why routing and account numbers are not showing up on your printed checks.

To show these details when printing checks, you may want to consider purchasing pre-printed checks in our QuickBooks Checks & Supplies site.

You can visit them through this link: QuickBooks Business Checks.

However, you can also enter the bank details under the Description box of the check, so it will be included once printed. Please the screenshot attached for your reference:

Lastly, know that we always aim to help our customer to run their business easier. That said, our developers are constantly uncovering and considering new ways to cope with your needs. To be updated with our latest news and enhancements, please visit our QuickBooks Online Blog.

Should you have any other questions about QuickBooks, just let me know and I'd be pleased to help. Have a nice day!
