Hi there @leanne9! Happy to help with this. First, a clarifying question, if you don't mind. When you say "location," how are you currently tracking this with your employees? Is it a field? This will help me get you the best answer. :)
To add Class, all you need to do is:
- Open the QuickBooks dropdown at the top right of TSheets
- Select Preferences
- Under "Employee Timesheets Should Show" select Class
- Close the window.
From there forward, Employees will be able to select a Class before clocking out of their shift.
