To show the company address when printing an invoice, let's make sure you enter the information in the My Company page.
Here's how:
- Click Company on the top menu.
- Choose My Company.
- Click the Pencil icon on the Company Information section.
- Choose Contact Information.
- If you haven't entered the company address, just fill in the fields in the Company Information section.
- Click OK.
You can also create an invoice template with the company details to be applied to all invoices.
Here's how:
- Click Lists on the top menu.
- Choose Templates.
- Click the Templates drop-down and choose New.
- Select Invoice and click OK.
- In the Company & Transaction Information section, place a checkmark for Company Name, Company Address, Fax Number and Phone Number.
- If you need to update the company information, just click the Update Information tab.
- Once done, click OK.
When creating an invoice, just choose the invoice template in the Template drop-down.
