Check Register (Bank Register in QBO) should have running balance if sorted by the Date column. If it's sorted by another name column, you will see "n/a" for the balance column.

If it's not displaying "Running Balance" column, also check the middle gear (right next to the print icon, export to excel icon bar), you can add the Running Balance column.
