How do I adjust my invoices to my #9 double window envelopes?

We can adjust the size of the invoice according to the envelope's size by following these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
2. Choose the invoice template that you wanted to modify and select Edit.
3. In the Design section, select Fit to window envelope.
4. Click Done.

In addition, QuickBooks offers a variety of envelopes that are slip-sheet compatible or pre-printed. You can check out this link for more info: https://intuitmarket.intuit.com/envelopes.

Thank You, got the adjustment made. I liked the first design (standard) better, but I was not able to use the option to change to paystub. :(

It's good that you get the adjustments that you want. However, by modifying the template, you're unable to see it when you print the paystub.
