How do I attach an estimate that I have already done to a project?

Good day to you, @tracebuford.

 

You’ll want to edit the estimate to be able to attach it to a project. I got the steps to help you achieve this in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. Locate and select the appropriate customer.
  4. Click the Transaction List column and locate the estimate. 
  5. From the Customer drop-down menu, select the project you’ll want to attach the estimate with. 1.JPG
  6. Then click the Save button or Save and close to save the changes
