It's sad to know that you're ending your subscription with us. It might have been that you signed up our trial version and it's already expired which is why you can't find the cancel under the billing. If you're on an expired trial, you don't need to cancel.
However, if you're a regular subscriber, make sure you signed in to QuickBooks using a web browser as you can't cancel your account from the QuickBooks mobile app. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online as an admin user. If you can't sign in, you'll need to reset your password.
- Go to Settings icon, then click Account and Settings.
- Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
- Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
