I'm here to help categorize your company’s cell phone bill in QuickBooks Online.
Yes, you can post it to Utilities if that’s what you want. Some QuickBooks users put this under the Office Supplies & Software or other Business Expenses accounts.
You also have the option to create a separate expense account specifically for your company’s cell phone bill and name it Telephone expense. I would also recommend double-checking with your accountant to make sure the chosen categorization is the best fit.
