Thanks for joining us today, @peters15612.
I have some information about the design format of your estimate in QBO. By default, QuickBooks uses the portrait format on templates.
If you're trying to print your estimate, you can change your printer settings to landscape. Here's how:
- Open your estimate.
- Scroll down towards the bottom, then select Print or Preview.
- Tick Print button. A printer setting window will open.
- Tap More settings then make changes on the Paper size and Scale drop-down.
- Click Print.
For more information, check out this guide: Customise invoices, estimates, and cash memos in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, QuickBooks Online allows you to upload invoice templates made from scratch using Microsoft Word, this is known as the 'Import Styles' feature. Click this link for details.
Let me know if you still have questions or concerns. I'm always here to help. Stay safe and have a wonderful rest of the week.
