How do I change the address that prints on my checks. I've updated it everywhere I can find, but the old address prints on checks and W2s still.

Let's get this corrected by contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team. They have the tool to change the primary address to appear on your checks and W-2s.

To do so, they need to pull up and verify your account in a secure environment. Here's how to contact them:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
   
4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Let's talk.
   
5. Choose a way to contact us.
