How do I connect by QBSE account to Authorize.net to manage credit card receipts and invoicing?

QuickBooks Self-Employed is a standalone product. Thus, we're unable to integrate another app into the program. To ensure you can process payments, I'd suggest reaching out to Authorize.net support. They'll be able to guide you through the process.

Consider switching to QBO and use a 3rd party connector to reconcile Authorize.net transactions into QBO. You can also use a free invoicing app to accept payment by Authorize.net and integrate itit with QBO.
