You can create a Credit memo transaction to put credit into your customer's record in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'd be glad to guide you through the steps.
- In your QBO company, go to the Hamburger menu.
- Select the + New button.
- Choose the Credit memo under the Customer's section.
- Enter the information and make sure that it is recorded for the next month's date.
- Verify and Save the transaction.
