How do I delete an account in expense?

I'll walk you the steps on how to delete or remove an expense account. Here's how:


  1. Go to Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for the account that you want to remove.
  3. Click the drop-down list beside Run report, then select Make inactive.
  4. Click Yes.
