Changing or deleting customer's information is currently unavailable in the mobile app. As a workaround, you can access your account using a web browser. From there, you can manage your customer lists. It will just take a few steps.
Here's how:
- Click Sales.
- Go to the Customers tab.
- Select the customer, then click Edit.
- Click Make inactive.
- Select Yes to confirm.
