How do I erase company info and start over ? I'm using quickbooks online books are older than 60 days. I've tried unsubscribing but it won't cancel till next month.

Then, follow these steps on how to cancel your account:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper-right and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing and subscription tab. Click Cancel subscription.
3. Follow the on-screen instruction to cancel your account. If you use payroll, you should cancel your payroll account too.

If you're able to cancel without any unexpected behaviors, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. You can also try using other supported browsers to cancel your subscription such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
