How do I export invoices with lineitems and QB ID?

Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community, lynn14. I'll be sharing details to ensure you'll be able to achieve your goal.

To start with, there's no option to directly export invoices with line items together with QB ID. This is because the option to create a report that shows your QuickBooks ID is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, if you're referring to your Company ID, you can locate this one on the Account and settings page.

Here's how:

1. Go to Gear icon ⚙ and select Account and settings.
2. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. You'll see the company ID at the top of the Billing & Subscription section.

On the other hand, I suggest running and customizing  Sales by Product and services detail report. This way, you'll be able to filter the report to show all invoices with numbers and the Product and Services column that appears all the items associated with the entry.

Here's how:

1. Click the Reports menu on the left panel.
2. Choose Sales by Product and services detail in the search bar.
3. Click the Customize button.
4. Choose the Change columns link. Then, checkmark the Num, Product/Services, and Transaction Type boxes.
5. Go ro the Filter drop-down list. Then, choose Invoice in the Transaction Type.
6. Make sure you're able to checkmark the Product/Service and Num.
7. Click Run report.
