How do I get my app on my iPhone to correctly display overdue invoices?This has been incorrect for the last 30-45 days

May I know what are those incorrectly displaying invoices, so I can check if there are users that are having the same concern? Any additional information can help me provide a timely solution.

 

In the meantime, we can try resetting the app data to fix unusual behaviors like this. This is the same as clearing the cache from your web browser which may be the one causing incorrectly showing overdue invoices. You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data from the drop-down.

Please let me know how the steps work. I want to make sure this is taken care of.
