You can try to sign up for a new QBO account on your mobile browser (eg Chrome or Safari), not on the Playstore or AppStore.

How do I get the site to not bill me through the app store and rather my business card

I want to help you with your concern related to your subscription,easyridersllcnc-.

In addition to Fiat Lux's suggestion, you can cancel the subscription through the Apple App Store. Then, sign-up for a new subscription via a web browser.

Here's how to cancel a subscription through the Apple App store:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Select your Name to access your Apple ID.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Select QuickBooks Online.
  5. Select Cancel.

Here's how to resubscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO):

  1. Click the Gear icon , and then choose Account and Settings under the Your Company section.
  2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
