At this time, we don't have a way to inactivate contractors in bulk within QuickBooks Online. You'll need to be do this individually by:
- From the left menu, click Workers and select Contractors.
- Search and select the contractor's name.
- Below the contractor's name, click the Active drop-down and select Make as inactive.
