How do I include more than 1 email address in my customer details?

The field says "Email" and I'm not sure if I include more than one email address separated by commas that my clients will receive the invoices. Does anyone know? Thank you!

You're on the right track, cim2.


We can add multiple email addresses on the Customer information page. However, there's a limited number of characters that can be entered in the Email field. You'll have to ensure that the emails won't exceed.


Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then choose Customers.
  2. Choose the name of the customer, then click to open.
  3. Select the Customer Details tabthen click Edit.
  4. You can enter the email addresses in the Email field.
  5. Once done, click on Save.
