Locating customer’s information in QuickBooks Online is quite easy, @calltheplumberco.

All personal details about your customers are listed under the Sales menu. It also includes their billing address, their preferred delivery, and payment method. Here’s how:

1. Select Sales from your left navigation pane.
2. Choose Customers.
   
3. Select the customer’s name.
4. Go to Customer’s Details. You can click the pencil icon if you want to edit them.

Here's how you can check or edit your customer's information:

1. Go to Customers menu at the top.
2. Select Customer Center.
3. Locate or search and click the customer's name.
