How do I keep track of all new customers in 2020

Hello @mollarbo,

You can pull up and customize your Audit Log report to see the list of customers you entered this year. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under TOOLS, select Audit Log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. On the Date section, select This year.
  5. Below the Events section, select Lists.
  6. Click Apply.

Additionally, here's an article you can read to learn more about the audit log entries: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, I've also included this helpful article to get a better view and help you organize your customers' list: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!
