I'm here to help you today. The option to import invoices isn't an option in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
You'll want to record them manually in the system. You can also connect Harvest to your online banking and QBSE will automatically download your recent bank transactions.
To do so, the following steps will guide you through connecting it:
- Go to the Settings ⚙ icon, then select Bank accounts.
- In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank, then click Continue.
- Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
- When you’re ready, select Connect securely.
Your next step is to approve the way QuickBooks categorizes them.
If you aren't connecting your bank, you can add older transaction in QBSE.
