We'll have to run the budget report so we can print it, bjb1950.

Also, the Finish button will only appear in the report. I'll show you how:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Select Budgets & Forecasts, and then select Budget Overview.
  3. Select the budget you wanted to print.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select a report layout. Hit Next.
  6. Click Finish.

You can also use these screenshots as your visual guide:

In case you want to export a budget report, just click the Excel button. Then, select Create New Worksheet.

I'm just around if you have other concerns with budget. Stay Safe!

I tried these steps but it doesn't seem to be pulling the amounts from the budget I created, only last years income/expense? I made changes to some of these account numbers but can't seem to find a way to print these. HELP!

Hello, LIEC3660. Let's get your budget printed.

Verifying and rebuilding your data is a good start when it comes to fixing transaction-related issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

To Verify Data:

  1. Click Window at the top menu bar and click Close All.
  2. Go to the File menu.
  3. From the drop-down lists, click on Utilities.
  4. Hit Verify Data.

To Rebuild Data:

  1. Click File at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Utilities.
  3. Hit Rebuild Data.
  4. You will receive a warning message to backup your company file, press OK.
  5. Tap OK when you get the message "Rebuild has completed".

Once done, go back to your budget section and follow the steps provided by my peer above in printing the report. Here's an article that will provide you with more details about budget works in QuickBooks Desktop: Create a budget or forecast in QuickBooks Desktop.

Additionally, I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

If you still need help with this or have any other questions, please let me know. I'd be more than willing to lend you a hand. Have a good one!
