Re: How do i print all open invoices?

Hello marguerite,

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to assist you with printing open invoices in QuickBooks Online.

You may need to mark each open invoice with Print later to print them in batch. Before doing so, please run the Open Invoices report and manually open each one them.

You'll be able to locate the option by clicking the Print or Preview option within the invoice. For your visual reference, I'm adding a screenshot down below:

After following the steps above, you can proceed with printing multiple invoices all at once.

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Sales.
  2. Choose All Sales.
  3. Filter by TypeStatusDate, and Customer.
  4. To see transactions you marked as to be printed later, select Delivery method, then check Print later.
  5. Mark the transactions you want to send or print.
  6. Select Batch actions, then choose Print transactions.

In case you need the article for additional reference, I'm adding it below:

Email or print multiple invoices and sales forms.

Looking forward to your response regarding your open invoices. I'll be here to help.

Re: How do i print all open invoices?

There has got to be a better way to run a report of all past due invoices, and print them all in one shot?  I have hundreds I need to print, and clicking each one, marking print later, is VERY time consuming... surely I can't be the only one who has this issue?

Thanks for joining the conversation, @RMC1,

Allow me to chime in for a moment and provide you the steps on how to print open invoices in QuickBooks Online.

We're currently unable to print open invoices directly from your sales reports. However, I don't want you to go empty-handed. You can use the Batch action feature to print multiple transactions at one time.

Here's how to do that in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Tap the Invoices tab. On the list, open invoices are indicated with an Overdue or Due status, or are showing Receive payment under the Actions tab.
  3. Mark the tick boxes beside the open transactions you want to print.
  4. Click the Batch actions icon then hit Print invoices.

I've included an article to guide you with the steps: How to email or print an invoice
