How do I print an annual statement of giving for our members?

Under Sales and Members, I can print a statement for each transaction, but I want to include each line item in one statement for annual reporting.

How do I print an annual statement of giving for our members?

Hello there, jessicalenox.

I can see the importance of printing a statement for each transaction that's include line items in QuickBooks Online. This would be beneficial to your needs and helps get the complete details in the statement.

The statement shows invoice number, date, total amount, total received, and address. For more details you can check this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

While this feature is unavailable, I recommend keeping an eye out on our blog to stay up-to-date on all the latest feature releases for QuickBooks.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other questions. Have a good one.

How do I print an annual statement of giving for our members?

Yes, QuickBooks won't create a proper donor/giving statement showing the donations received during a period from a donor/member.

Instead, you can use our BRC Donor Statements - QB Online  and/or our BRC Donor Statements - QB Desktop  tools, depending on if you use QuickBooks Online or Desktop. These tools use your QuickBooks data to create proper letter-like donation statements for a period, such as a month or year. They're very customizable. For example, you can include a table of donations that's fully customizable as well as specifying the text parts of the statement. These tools can also email your statements, when used with our BRC Excel Batch-Email Manager.
