Currently, printing an unpaid bill is unavailable in QuickBooks. You can consider requesting a copy of it from your vendor.
In QuickBooks Online, you can only print all bill transactions that are unpaid, and not each of them. Here's how:
- Click Expenses from the left menu.
- From the Filter drop-down, select Bill under Type and Open under Status.
- Select Apply.
- Click the Print icon to print the bill transactions.
