How do I print statements showing the most current payment and invoices at the top vs the most old on QB online or give criteria like do not print<$5?

Hello, @Sears2020.

Let me share some information on how you can generate statements in QuickBooks.

When creating a statement, it's set to show the oldest transaction by default. As of now, customizing the statement to show the most recent payments and invoices is not available. However, you can choose the specific information you want to include in it:

  • List each transaction as a single line - A statement includes all unpaid transactions for a customer. Choose how much detail to include.
  • List each transaction including all detail lines.
  • Show aging table at bottom of statement - Lists amounts owed by how many days they’re overdue.

Moreover, when creating customer statements, there are 3 types that you can choose. Let me explain each one of them:

  • Balance Forward - A list of invoices and payments with balance for the date range selected.
  • Open Item - Open unpaid invoices from the last 365 days.
  • Transaction Statement - A list of transactions between the selected dates.

Also, I've added this article to learn more about the information: Create and view customer statements.

Leave a post below if you have other questions when printing customer statements. I'm always here to lend a hand.
