How do I pull the items I put under personal?

Hello there, sddesigns1. I'm glad to have you here.

 

We can record business expenses that we have made with personal funds via journal  entry. See the steps below on how to do it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click +New and select Journal Entry under Others.
  2. Select expense account for the purchase on the first line.
  3. In the debits column, enter the purchase amount.
  4. Then, select either Partner's equity or Owner's equity on the second line. Same with the Debit column, enter the same amount in the Credit one.
  5. Then, Save and Close.

 

I would like to attach this article: Pay for business expenses with personal funds. You can choose a way on how for the reimbursement of the money. It's either record it as cheque or as an expense.
