You'll need to contact our Merchant Services Support team for assistance in this matter. They can pull up your account information within a secure environment. They'll be the ones to check your account, and process this request if you're eligible.

I've tried doing this with three different chat support reps and all have told me they don't have access after leading me on for 15 minutes, each. Is there a phone number I can call to get this change made?

Aside from chatting our support team, you have another option to contact our support team. You can request for a Get a callback. From there, you can set a call back so that our QuickBooks Support Team can discuss the concerns with you.  

 

To contact our support, here's how:    

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).  
  2. Click Talk to a human.  
  3. Choose Talk to a human.  
  4. Enter your concern.  
  5. You can select Get a callback.
