Recording a customer payment via EFT is currently unavailable in the iOS app. Aside from check or cash, here are the other supported types on the go:
I'd suggest processing ACH bank transfer (EFT) in QuickBooks Online (QBO) via a web browser. Make sure you've already connected your payments account with the program.
In the meantime, you can read our QBO blog posts so you'll stay updated on our product enhancements.
Once done, we'll follow the lead time for processing EFT payments before we deposit the funds into your bank account. For more information, visit this link: Deposit Schedule. Just go to the For QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Point of Sale, and GoPayments sections.
