Currently, there isn't a way to remove these balances directly from the bank feeds. You'll need to link the payment deposit to the open invoice to clear up the zero net balances.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu and click Use Register.
- Locate the deposit and edit the account to Accounts Receivable.
- Tap the Record tab once done.
Next, apply the deposit entry as an invoice payment:
- Locate the open invoice and click the Apply Credits tab.
- The deposit will now show on the Available Credits section.
- Put a checkmark and click Done.
- This will automatically show your invoice as Paid.
