The "Deposit Failed" and "Needs Attention" alerts depend on the error you encountered. You can open the alert to see what is the needed action to fix this.
If you're unable to click the alert button, try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Also, to verify the failed deposit, I recommend reaching out to our Merchant Services Team. They can access your account in a secure environment and will be able to check the details and verify the customer’s payments.
