Let's run the Sales by Rep Detail report in QuickBooks 2019 Contractor edition. This way, you can get the commission for every sales person. Allow me to walk you through the steps.

Click Customize Report.
Go to the Filters tab.
On the Choose Filter section, search Rep.

That report is NOT helpful, it has way too many items (and did not provide any commissions that were paid), I just need a report by rep, customer name and sales commission amount, not every invoice/bill, change order, etc. associated with the customer's job.
