How do I save my information when I close my account in case I ever need to use it for verification or something?

We're sad to let you go, but I'm here to help you save your information before closing your account, cryoclinic2016.

If you're referring to canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription you have read-only access to your Online data for one year after canceling your subscription. To save your data, we can export reports, lists, and other data from QBO. Just export the following reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip format in one process. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Export data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Tap Export to Excel.

Then, a confirmation will be prompted that the data has been exported. To export non-posting transactions and attachments, follow the steps and details in Export reports, lists, and other data from the QuickBooks Online article. To learn more about this one, see Export Data out of QuickBooks Online article.
