How do I send an email to my current customers. I need to update them on the status of our company, any advice? Thank you

Welcome to the Community, @tutoringbyamylit.

 

You've come to the right place. I'm here to show you how to send an email to your current customer in just three easy steps! I've provided the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales on the left-hand menu, then Customers.
  2. Place a check-mark next to the customers that you need to email or put a check-mark in the first box on the list to select all the customers.
  3. Click on Batch Actions at the top of the list and choose Email.

 

That's all there's to it. From experience, you'll need to have Outlook installed and set as the default email service on your computer.
