How do i send invoices using gmail?

I just upgraded to windows 10 & quickbooks2020. I am no longer able to emai my invoices using gmail. Very frustrating

How do i send invoices using gmail?

Hello there, cpagnscappin. 

 

I'd like to verify if we got an error while trying to send an invoice so I can walk you through the detailed steps. Let's first make sure your QuickBooks Desktop software is in its latest release.  Once done, you can check the web mail's settings in the preferences.

 

Open QuickBooks Desktop Company file. 

  1. Click Edit and then Preferences.
  2. From the Send Forms menu, select My Preferences.  
  3. Click Web Mail.
  4. We can set up your gmail again to refresh the software and connection.
  5. Click the Email ID and click Delete.
  6. Then click Add to start setting it up.
