Hello Sonny,

 

QuickBooks Online automatically creates reminders in your Dashboard. This feature is made for your online payments, payroll tax dues, and bank transactions notifications. 

 

Manually setting up a list of to do isn't available. However, this would be a great feature request. I can personally send this feedback to our Product Developers.
