How do I setup a Customer in QBO so I can send Invoices "To the Attention of"a specific person?

My customer John Q. Public wants me to send Invoices to their billing department, xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. I need to keep his original email address xxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. How do I direct Invoices to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx?

Thank you for contacting us, taisweb.

I can provide the steps on how to temporarily send the invoice to a different email address.

When you create an invoice, you can see the original address in the Customer email field. You can change it from there before sending the transaction. Doing this will keep the original address on the customer profile.

I've added a screenshot below for your visual guide.

Once done sending the invoice, you can check its status through this handy article: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Please know that the email address you've mentioned above was automatically removed to secure your information.

Feel free to comment below if you need anything else aside from sending an invoice to a different email address. I'm always right here to help you.
