How do I speak with a QB Online customer representative?

My bank just changed owners and now I have to redo my login. I need help with this so that I can download transactions from my new bank.

In changing the bank account login credentials, you'll need to update it first through your bank's website. You'll want to contact your bank so they can assist you further with it.

 

If you already change it, you can follow these steps on how to update it in QuickBooks Online. 

  1. Go to the Banking tab and locate the account.
  2. Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the bank name.
  3. Click Edit sign-in info.
  4. Enter your new credentials, then Update.

If you still want to contact our Customer Support team, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Help icon and select Contact us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern. Then, Continue or Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Contacting the QuickBooks Support Team

  1. From QuickBooks Online, click the Help (?) icon in the top-right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter what you need in the How can we help? field, and click Continue.
  4. Click Get Callback, enter your contact information, and select Call Me.
