How do I stop Quickbooks from automatically sending request for payment to my customers?

Let me get the help you need in turning off automatic invoice reminder, @t5455.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Account and settings
  3. In the left menu, tap Sales
  4. Go to the Reminders section, then toggle the Automatic invoice reminders option to turn it off.
  5. Hit Save.
  6. Tap Done.

To know more about this feature, take a look at this article: Automate invoice reminders in QuickBooks Online.

You might also want to use recurring invoices. It saves your time and proposes a series of transactions according to the schedule you set.

Leave me a comment below if you have any other concerns. We're always here to fill you in. Take care and have a nice day.
