How do I submit a complaint?

We updated our address; QB  is still printing the old one....on everything including the 38 pages of W-2's.

I spent I don't remember how long on the phone with QB trying to find out why our bank accounts will not automatically load into our QB program, forcing us to manually enter every single transaction that passes through our account.  That was MONTHS ago and it still has not been rectified.  

I try to chat to find answers to question; queue says 5 minutes, I ALWAYS wait 2-3 times longer before I finally give up.  

Give me even just one reason why I should keep this program anymore?

For me to verify and check for any open investigations, may I ask the name of your bank? 

 

As for now, let's try connecting your bank account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. To open access QuickBooks using a private browser, you may use either of these shortcut keys: 

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox, press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer, press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari, press Command + Shift + N 

If the steps above are successful, you may need to clear the cache of the browser you use most to sign in to your account.

How do I submit a complaint?

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I’ve had the exact same experience. My next step is the BBB to file a complaint. 
It’s been 3 weeks, 25 plus hours on the phone repeating myself and being told it would be resolved that day. Rest assured ma’am this will be taken care of. 
All that needs to be done is a old bank account be removed and old phone numbers. I’ve changed banks and phone numbers. That’s it. And now that I’ve had to run payroll twice I keep getting locked out of QB due to returned IRS payments trying to withdrawal from a old bank account. 
I do not understand how they can’t do something as simple as this. I’m beyond baffled how they’re in business. Don’t reply to me with a sorry. 
Fix it then apologize and give me a few months of waived service if you can call it that.
