I'm here to help you record credit card payments from the paid invoices.
You can record the credit card payment manually in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:
- Go to the (+) Plus icon.
- Choose Receive Payment.
- Click the name of the customer.
- Choose a transaction from the Outstanding Transactions.
- Hit the payment method.
- Fill in the needed information and click Save and close.
