If you're referring to the Setup Guide, you'll have to complete them so they won't appear in the Dashboard anymore. Our developers created in-product guides to help new customers learn more about our program. It also helps them be more familiar with what options or tools they can use to make their experience in QuickBooks better.
In the meantime, you can use the Hide option to temporarily remove it.
