HOW DO I UNDO A TRANSFER THAT WAS POSTED TO A BALANCE SHEET ITEM WHEN ITS AN INCOME STATEMENT ITEM. NOT SURE HOW TO UNDO.

Once a bank transfer is created, you'll have to delete and then recreate it. This way, you can categorize it into the correct account. 

To delete a bank transfer, here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Look for and enter Balance Sheet in the search box.
3. Choose the Report period you want, Accounting method, etc. and then hit Run report once ready.
4. Locate the bank transfer you created and then click it to open.
5. On the Transfer page, tap More at the bottom, and then pick Yes to continue.
   
   
   
   
   

Then, recreate it so you can categorize it to the correct account: Create a Transfer.
