How do I upload a .csv file when the next button doesn't do anything but it doesn't give me an error?

I click the 'upload file' button and I'm able to select my .csv file and code it to a credit card register.  From there, I can enter in the formatting details like date, details, and dollar amounts.  When I click the 'next' button, nothing happens.  I do not get an error message and it doesn't move forward.  Oddly enough, I can still upload .csv files to our other bank accounts.

Hello,

As a workaround, you can use third party app to import that entity, for example Business Importer,

it works with .csv and .xlsx files and will help you to import everything properly. That will definitely save you a lot of time!
