Discrepancies on reports and odd behaviors such as the one you're experiencing right now can be a data issue within your company file. You can run the verify and rebuild tool to detect if there are any errors with your data.
First, verify the data:
- Choose Window then Close All.
- Choose File then Utilities. Select Verify Data.
If QuickBooks finds an issue with your company file, you'll need to select Rebuild Now. Just repeat the steps provided above.
