How do we get the credit card processing fee covered by the customer

Charging the customer's fee isn't possible with QuickBooks Merchant services. The fees are calculated as % of the invoice. However, you can contact the Merchant Services team to check for other options. I'll guide you how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click Help (?) menu at the top right corner.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a callback from the next available expert.

Ask your client to utilize this payment service. They may stretch their cash flow by creating up to a 45-day float by paying bills via a credit card, even if you as their vendor don't accept credit cards.
